The demigod program provided in the zip may give you errors or warnings when customizing some of the system tray icons, and this is an issue I have seen before. None of this will be perminant, everything can easily be undone. For example, uninstalling Windows Classic Shell or restoring the desktop icons or changing the desktop wallpaper back to whatever you had prior to this process. If at any time you want to undo the theme, simply follow the process backwards.
